A Little About Me

I've been sewing a long time.  I learned to sew from my mother when I was 5 or 6 years old.  I attended the fashion program at Seattle Central Community College from 1986 - 88.  Sewed wedding gowns, bridesmaids and formal wear for Victoria's Bridal in Seattle for 20 years and now own Poetry Of The Dress out of Lake Stevens, a mobile custom bridal service.  Poetry Of The Dress is a part time endeavor with my full time work being a dispatcher for Interstate Batteries.  I also enjoy bobbin lace making and spinning, and will be learning to weave soon.
