So God Made A Quilter

I went to my first meeting at the All In Stitches quilting guild in Marysville, Washington.  I love the women and men I met, and the speakers were inspiring.  One of the speakers was in the process of making a quilt for every one of her high school mates from 35 years ago.  That's a a hundred and nineteen quilts made especially for each one, handed over, not sent.  Very cool, and a very nice person.

This guild formed only 6 months ago and put on the most amazing quilt show at Comcast Center in Everett.  They had just a few of the quilts at the meeting out of the over 300 at the show.  Works of art, every one.
